根據World Health Organization guidelines
在健康的狀況下

每毫升的精液中至少會有1500萬隻精子
在每次射精時
精子總數則應該要超過3900萬隻

 

若每毫升的精液中

精子數量少於1500萬隻就算是low sperm count
當精子數量少於每毫升1000萬隻時則可能會不容易懷孕...

為了讓精子的數目維持在正常範圍,一般建議的原則是:

1.足夠的運動與睡眠

2.減少壓力

3.避免過量飲酒

4.攝取足夠維生素D和鈣質

5.多攝取抗氧化物 (如維生素C、維生素E、glutathione、coenzyme Q10...)

6.增加不飽和脂肪酸的攝取
7.避免暴露在受污染的環境
8.攝取足夠的葉酸和鋅

所以......應該要吃些什麼食物才好呢?
