1)我玩是為了養生。

過去有研究發現動作遊戲能夠改善知覺、視覺空間感、動作的感知和注意力。這種改善還可以延伸到認知控制的功能,像是認知靈活性(cognitive flexibility)和工作記憶的更新(WM updating),但不是抑制控制(inhibitory control)。

基於上述理由,所以我這麼愛玩荒野行動。以下提供29篇文獻給你參考,你可以慢慢看喔!
